Racing Sales

Keeneland issues media credentials, either on an annual and/or daily basis, for its spring and fall race meetings. During the September Yearling Sales, credentials are issued on a limited basis to those media requiring press box access. 

 

Credentials shall only be issued to a media member working for a recognized media outlet and whose primary purpose is news gathering and dissemination. 

 

Freelance writers, photographers and videographers shall only be credentialed if they are working on a specific assignment for a recognized media organization. The request for credentials must be made on their behalf by the Assignment Editor or General Manager of the media outlet.

Applying in no way guarantees a media outlet will receive credentials. Keeneland has the sole and absolute right to deny or revoke credentials at any time.

 

Credentials may not be used or transferred to any other entity or individual other than the person to whom they were directly issued.

 

Keeneland requires all applicants for photo/video credentials to sign a Release and Indemnification Agreement and provide proof of insurance. Click here for a copy of the Release and Indemnification Agreement, which includes the insurance requirements.
