Champion Royal Delta Shines in Weekend Graded Stakes
Keeneland sales graduates turned in some of the weekend’s most electrifying stakes performances, led by champion Royal Delta’s eight-length romp in the Fleur de Lis Handicap (G2) at Churchill Downs. Love Theway Youare mounted a late charge in the stretch to win the Vanity Handicap (G1) by 2½ lengths; favored Summer Front remained undefeated on the turf in winning the Hill Prince Stakes (G3), and Love and Pride won the Obeah Stakes (G3) in wire-to-wire fashion.
