Dining Rooms

Want a place to enjoy the races after your morning meeting?  Our special event team would be happy to arrange for seating in one of our public dining rooms.  For a more formal dining experience, the Phoenix and Lexington Kentucky Dining Rooms on the 4th floor of the grandstand provide a perfect (picturesque) setting along with lunch buffet, general admission, a racing program and table for four*. The Lexington/Kentucky Room overlooks the track’s finish line; the Phoenix Room overlooks Keeneland’s iconic paddock.

Eclipse Room

Before a day at the races, host a morning meeting in the Eclipse Room. Situated in the Corporate Box wing of the fourth floor, the Eclipse Room comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests*. Groups renting Corporate Box 11 or 23 may also add the Eclipse Room for additional seating during the race day. Note that the Eclipse Room does not have a view of the track.

Corporate Boxes

For smaller groups looking for a VIP experience, Keeneland offers limited use of Corporate Boxes on the 4th floor overlooking the track. Suites include a server/attendant, tiered and table seating, easy access to mutuels and a customizable buffet for your group. Keeneland’s Corporate Box 23 accommodates up to 22 guests; Corporate Box 21 and 22 accommodate up to 16.

 

Reserved Grandstand

Want a place to enjoy the races after your morning meeting?  Our special event team would be happy to arrange for seating in our reserved grandstand section just for you.  Enjoy all benefits of being outside with the comfort of a covered seating area. Keeneland’s reserved grandstand seats gets your group trackside, close to the action and excitement of live Thoroughbred racing. Reserved grandstand seats are conveniently near concession stands, restrooms, bars and mutuel windows. Seats feature backs and arm rests.

Keeneland Room

One of Keeneland’s most opulent venues offers a host of private amenities including a customizable buffet, private rooftop patio, mutuel windows, coat check, bar and restrooms. Take in the breathtaking, panoramic views of the track without ever leaving the room. Situated on the fifth floor of the grandstand, the exclusive Keeneland Room is only available to groups when not in use by the featured race sponsor of the day.

Life Members Room

Located in the exclusive Keeneland Clubhouse, the Life Members Room is a private meeting and/or dining room for a group of 25-32. The Life Members Room overlooks the Paddock and also includes access to the Clubhouse Reserved Grandstand seats to watch the races live.

Keene Place

Our newest venue option is actually one of Keeneland’s oldest buildings. The recently renovated Keene Place is a historic home accessed via a private entrance from Gate 1. Marvel at the pristine furnishings of this timeless treasure and enjoy breathtaking views from the Keene Place patio. Accommodates up to 50 guests for a seated event or 100 for cocktail functions. The beautifully decorated boardroom on the second floor accommodates 20. Following morning events, Keeneland’s shuttle service can provide transportation for Keene Place guests to and from the grandstand.

Private Conference Rooms

For smaller, intimate gatherings, Keeneland offers several conference rooms for your private team meeting before you enjoy a day at the races. The following spaces are available for rental, but do not include admission tickets or programs.

 

Library Conference Room

Located in the picturesque Keeneland Library, the library conference room is perfect for a group of 10. This intimate conference room includes a dropdown screen as well as a private patio. Once the meeting has ended, take the free shuttle to the track for racing and lunch.

Entertainment Center & Keene Barn

Keeneland’s most popular meeting space year-round. The climate-controlled Entertainment Center is the perfect venue for a large morning meeting of 200-300 and an ideal setting for a cocktail party for up to 500 following the races. The historic stone Keene Barn is perfect for a casual function with its open-air views to the Keeneland property and restroom access. Barbeque and tailgate packages available. Keeneland shuttles provide free transportation to and from the track.

Sales Pavilion

This is the same spot where multi-million dollar Thoroughbreds are bought and sold – superstars that compete in the sport’s most important races. Why not set the stage for a spectacular special event or meeting in a truly unique setting? Located within steps of the race track, the Keeneland Sales Pavilion is perfect whether you’re hosting 50 or 1,000. Choose the Sales Arena for a large meeting or the Limestone Café and Pavilion Bar for a meeting, breakfast, lunch or after the races cocktails.
