Entertainment Center & Keene Barn

Keeneland’s most popular meeting and event space year-round. The climate-controlled Entertainment Center is the perfect venue for a corporate meeting of 200-300 or an ideal setting for a celebration or reception for up to 500 guests. The historic stone Keene Barn is perfect as a pre-function area with open-air views to the Keeneland property.

Keene Place

Our newest venue option is actually one of Keeneland’s oldest buildings. The recently renovated Keene Place is a historic home accessed via a private entrance from Gate 1. Marvel at the pristine furnishings of this timeless treasure and breathtaking views from the Keene Place patio. Accommodates up to 56 guests for a seated event or 100 for cocktail functions. The beautifully decorated boardroom on the second floor accommodates 20.

First Floor Clubhouse

The First Floor Clubhouse and Clubhouse Lawn provide the closest view of the race track of any Keeneland facility. This trackside venue is the perfect place for a breakfast meeting while the horses work out on the track or a sunset cocktail reception on the picturesque clubhouse lawn. Many couples have also selected the club lawn as a stunning location for their wedding ceremony. The lower clubhouse accommodates up to 150 guests.

Phoenix Dining Room

The fourth floor Phoenix Room overlooks the picturesque Keeneland saddling paddock and walking ring. Guests will marvel at one of the most photographed views on the property including the iconic Keeneland Sycamore tree. This beautiful room is large enough to entertain 350 guests or can be partitioned for break-out sessions. 

Kentucky & Lexington Rooms

Enjoy a panoramic view of the racecourse and rolling bluegrass countryside from this premiere fourth floor location.  The Kentucky Room accommodates 120 to 150 guests and is the perfect place for a corporate event or celebration. Need more space?  Simply remove the portable partition wall to expand into the Lexington dining room.  Both rooms combine to accommodate events for up to 350 people.  Close the wall for break-out sessions or a pre-function area prior to a reception or dinner.

Lafayette Room

Located on the fourth floor overlooking the track, The Lafayette Room is the perfect venue for an intimate cocktail party, corporate meeting, shower or even a breakfast during the morning workouts. 

During Keeneland’s spring and fall race meeting, the Lafayette Room is often referred to as the “Stakes Room,” as it is used for top owners with horses running in the day’s feature race. This gorgeous space comfortably accommodates guests with optimal views of the picturesque track. 

Keeneland Room

One of Keeneland’s most opulent venues showcases breathtaking panoramic views of the track as well as a private rooftop patio. Reserved for sponsors and private groups during the race meeting, your guests will love the exclusive-feel of the Keeneland Room experience. The Keeneland Room is situated on the fifth floor of the grandstand and is the perfect venue for meetings, cocktail parties, showers and rehearsal dinners.   

Sales Pavilion

This is the same spot where multi-million dollar Thoroughbreds are bought and sold – superstars that compete in the sport’s most important races. Why not set the stage for a spectacular special event or meeting in a truly unique setting? Located within steps of the race track, the Keeneland Sales Pavilion is perfect whether you’re hosting 50 or 1,000. Choose the Sales Arena for a large meeting or the Limestone Café and Pavilion Bar for a meeting, breakfast, lunch or after the races cocktails.
