Darley began sponsoring the Darley Alcibiades in the fall of 2003.
Dixiana Farm, founded in 1877, is a premier thoroughbred operation located in Lexington, KY. Dixiana became a sponsor of the G1 Breeders’ Futurity for Two Year Olds in 2009. The Dixiana Breeders’ Futurity is part of the Breeders’ Cup Challenge series, and the winner will qualify for the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile.
Juddmonte Farms became the title sponsor of the Juddmonte Spinster in October 2005. Juddmonte Farms operates successful horse farms in England, Ireland and Lexington, KY. It is involved in numerous Thoroughbred charities including Kentucky Equine Management Internship program (www.kemi.org) to encourage college students to explore career opportunities in the industry.
The Shadwell operation spans the globe with racing and/or breeding operations in Australia, Dubai, England, France, Ireland, South America and Lexington, KY. Shadwell partnered with Keeneland in 1999 to sponsor the Grade 1 Shadwell Turf Mile which is run each fall. Shadwell introduced fans at Keeneland to a popular European tradition called the "Best Turned Out Award," in which grooms are recognized for their hard work prior to each race.
