Application forms may be completed by the attending media member or his/her authorizing Editor or General Manager.
Freelance media may be credentialed when working on specific assignments for a recognized media organization. Request for credentials must be made on their behalf by the Assignment Editor or General Manager of the media outlet.
Both a signed Release and Indemnification Agreement and a Certificate of Insurance are required for photo and video credentials. The Release and Indemnification Agreement is included in the online application process, and the insurance requirements are included in the Agreement.
Please return the signed Agreement and accompanying Insurance Certificate via fax (859 255-2484) or email to Amy Gregory, Director of Communications, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
An email will be sent to you when your application has been received, followed by a later email confirming approval of your request. Application for a credential does not guarantee accreditation.
Outlets approved to park in the media lot will receive separate vehicle hangtags for the Spring and Fall meets.
*Reminder: The $1,000,000 Toyota Blue Grass (G2) will be run on opening Saturday, April 8. That day will feature four other graded stakes, including the $500,000 Central Bank Ashland (G1) and $300,000 Madison (G1).
