LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 4, 2012) – Keeneland is an industry leader in employing social media and advanced technology to interact with its fan base, attract new fans and deliver the latest news and handicapping information directly to its customers.

Keeneland has expanded its social media presence to enhance the fan experience during its fall race meet, to be run October 5-27.

Keeneland Introduces Sunrise Trackside for Fall Meet

LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 3, 2012) – Fans can experience the sights and sounds of Keeneland even before the gates open for the race day at Sunrise Trackside every Saturday morning during the fall meet, to be held Oct. 5-27.

It’s a morning of fun tailor-made for families and out-of-town guests, featuring Breakfast with the Works, Kids Club activities, self-guided tours of the racetrack, pictures taken with Bucky the Bugler, handicapping seminars, jockey question and answer sessions, and more!

Keeneland Special Events Calendar Showcases Fall Stars

Lexington, KY (Oct. 2, 2012) – Keeneland celebrates its signature “Fall Stars” theme by spotlighting a “star” each week of the fall meet, which runs Oct. 5-27.

Full Field Entered for Friday’s Darley Alcibiades

LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 2, 2012) – An overflow field of 16 was entered Tuesday morning for Friday’s 61st running of the $400,000 Darley Alcibiades (G1) for 2-year-old fillies going 1 1/16 miles on the main track. The Darley Alcibiades is the first of five Grade 1 contests to be run during Fall Stars Weekend that kicks off Keeneland’s 17-day Fall Meet that runs through October 27.
