Keeneland September Sale Grads Dominate Triple Crown

LEXINGTON, KY (June 10, 2013) – Keeneland September Yearling Sales graduates Palace Malice and Oxbow swept the top two spots in Saturday’s Belmont (G1). With Oxbow’s win in the Preakness (G1) and Palace Malice’s victory in the Belmont, graduates of Keeneland’s September Sale have won nine of the 12 classics held since 2010.

LEXINGTON, KY (June 5, 2013) – Preakness Stakes (G1) winner Oxbow headlines seven Keeneland sales graduates chasing history in Saturday’s Belmont Stakes (G1). Keeneland sales alumni comprise half of the 14-horse field, and include: Frac Daddy, Overanalyze, Oxbow, Midnight Taboo, Revolutionary, Will Take Charge and Palace Malice.

Keeneland-Sold Rydilluc Keeps Turf Record Perfect With Win in Penn Mile

LEXINGTON, KY (June 3, 2013)Rydilluc, a graduate of Keeneland’s 2011 September Yearling Sale, established himself as one of the nation’s best grass horses with his win in Saturday’s inaugural Penn Mile Stakes at Penn National. Keeneland sales alumni Laugh Track and Scatman each recorded Grade 3 wins in the Vigil Stakes and Aristides Stakes, respectively.

Keeneland-Sold Den’s Legacy Carries High Weight in Grade 3 Affirmed

LEXINGTON, KY (May 31, 2013) – Keeneland sales graduate Den’s Legacy, winner of last fall’s Generous Stakes (G3), carries high weight of 120 pounds in Sunday’s Affirmed Handicap (G3) at Betfair Hollywood Park. Den’s Legacy will face seven rivals, including fellow Keeneland sales alumni Dice Flavor and Counting Days, first and third, respectively, in the 2013 El Camino Real Derby.

Keeneland-Sold Oxbow Wins Preakness; Fiftyshadesofhay Captures Black-Eyed Susan

LEXINGTON, KY (May 20, 2013) – Keeneland sales graduates swept the two centerpiece stakes at Pimlico on Preakness weekend: Fiftyshadesofhay came from off the pace to win Friday’s Black-Eyed Susan Stakes (G2) by a neck, while Oxbow turned in a stunning gate-to-wire romp to take Saturday’s Preakness Stakes (G1).
