Keeneland-Sold Divisidero Sets Course Record in Winning Pennine Ridge

LEXINGTON, KY (June 1, 2015) – Keeneland September Yearling Sale graduate Divisidero got up in the final strides to win Belmont’s Pennine Ridge Stakes by a neck in course record time on Saturday. On the same race card, Lady Eli established herself at the top of the sophomore filly turf division with a win in the Wonder Again Stakes.



Keeneland Sale Graduates Consumer Credit, Something Extra Headline Weekend Graded Stakes Entries

LEXINGTON, KY (May 29, 2015) – Graded stakes winner Consumer Credit and stablemate Mrs McDougal, both graduates of Keeneland’s 2013 September Yearling Sale, top entries for Saturday’s American Oaks (G1) at Santa Anita. Keeneland-Sold Stopchargingmaria Returns to Winning Form in Allaire duPont Distaff

LEXINGTON, KY (May 18, 2015) – Keeneland September Yearling Sale graduate Stopchargingmaria overcame a bad start to win Pimlico’s Allaire duPont Distaff (G3) by four lengths on Friday. On the same race card, Keeneland September Sale alum Keen Pauline was the upset winner of the Black-Eyed Susan (G2).

Keeneland Represented by 45 Sales Graduates Competing in Graded Stakes Preakness Weekend

LEXINGTON, KY (May 15, 2015) – Forty-five Keeneland sales alumni are entered in graded stakes around the country this Preakness weekend, including five of the eight 3-year-olds – Dortmund, Firing Line, Danzig Moon, Tale of Verve and Mr. Z – going postward in Saturday’s Preakness (G1).  Six of the nine fillies entered in Friday’s Black-Eyed Susan (G2), led by highweight Include Betty as well as the talented Luminance, are graduates of the Keeneland sales.


Five Keeneland Sales Graduates Entered in Preakness

LEXINGTON, KY (May 14, 2015) – Keeneland sales graduates Danzig Moon, Dortmund, Firing Line, Mr. Z and Tale of Verve are among the eight horses entered in the 140th running of the $1.5 million Preakness (G1) on Saturday at Pimlico.

Approximate post time for the 1 3/16-mile race for 3-year-olds is 6:18 p.m. ET.

Keeneland Sales Graduate Kentuckian Impressive in Lazaro Barrera Victory

LEXINGTON, KY (May 11, 2015) Kentuckian, purchased by Rick Porter’s Fox Hill Farm at Keeneland’s 2013 September Yearling Sale, displayed his talent with a 6¼-length romp in Sunday’s Lazaro Barrera (G3) at Santa Anita. On Saturday at Belmont, Keeneland sales alumni Twilight Eclipse captured the Man o’War (G1) and Madefromlucky took the Peter Pan (G2).

Keeneland Sales Graduate and Grade 1 Winner Hardest Core Makes Season Debut in Man o’War

LEXINGTON, KY (May 8, 2015) – Keeneland sales graduate and 2014 Arlington Million (G1) winner Hardest Core makes his 2015 debut in Saturday’s Man o’War (G1) at Belmont, where he will meet fellow sales alumni and multiple graded stakes winners War Dancer and Twilight Eclipse. Also on Saturday at Belmont, all five starters in the Peter Pan (G2) are Keeneland sales graduates, led by Northern Spur winner Wolf Man Rocket, while Rampart (G3) and Top Flight (G3) winner House Rules highlights the field for the Ruffian (G2).

More Than 90 Keeneland Sales Graduates Competing in Graded Stakes Company on Derby Weekend

LEXINGTON, KY (April 30, 2015) – Keeneland is represented by more than 90 sales graduates entered in graded stakes across the country over Kentucky Derby weekend. Eleven of the 15 fillies entered in Friday’s Longines Kentucky Oaks (G1) are Keeneland sales alumni as are 14 of the 22 entrants in Saturday’s Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (G1).
