Keeneland September Sale Graduates Shine in Classic Preps

LEXINGTON, KY (April 8, 2014) – Graduates of the 2012 September Yearling Sale burnished their credentials on the Roads to the Kentucky Derby (G1) and Kentucky Oaks (G1) with impressive wins on Saturday: Wicked Strong (TwinSpires.com Wood Memorial-G1); Fashion Plate (Santa Anita Oaks-G1); My Miss Sophia (Gazelle-G2); and Sugar Shock (Fantasy-G3). Coup de Grace captured the Bay Shore (G3).

Jack Milton Holds Off Up With the Birds To Take Opening-Day Transylvania

LEXINGTON, KY (April 5, 2013) – Gary Barber’s Jack Milton, a Keeneland sales graduate, swept past pace-setting Redwood Kitten midstretch and then held off a furious late charge from Up With the Birds to win the 25th running of the Transylvania Stakes (G3) for three-year-olds by a neck before a crowd of 22,921 on the opening day of Keeneland’s 16-day spring meet.
