st Race: ALLURE (#8) has never raced on the Polytrack but has trained over it both here and at Arlington. She drops back in for a tag and will be tough to beat at this level. SAFE WORD (#10) has the speed to be on or near the lead and jockey Kent Desormeaux picks up the mount. HANKERING (#5) ran poorly last out but owns a win over this track and is a contender.
nd Race: RIVENDELL (#3) is winless this year but drops back in for a tag and won over the Keeneland Polytrack last year. He can handle the mile and an eighth and his best would be good enough today. BILL OF RIGHTS (#2) looked good winning last out and is capable of another strong effort. SHUN (#5) is a contender.
rd Race: LIBERTY WING (#6) made a big middle move last out but faded in the stretch going a mile and an eighth. He should like the return to seven furlongs and rates the edge in this one. GREY OAK (#8) didn't fire last out but is capable of better and is a solid contender. STRAIGHT TOWN (#2) rates a chance.
th Race: TEMPER TOO (#8) comes off of a solid effort in Maryland and trainer Graham Motion adds Lasix for her Kentucky debut. Give her a slight edge in what looks like a very well-matched maiden race. HIGH WIRE KITTEN (#2) and SMART ASHLEY (#3) both ran well over this turf course and will be tough to beat.
th Race: MONGOL BOSS (#6) has been running on the turf but ran well on the Keeneland Polytrack in her debut in April. He has the speed to be on or near the lead and will be hard to catch with Joe Rocco Jr. aboard for trainer Mike Maker. RAPSCALLION (#5) is definitely the main competition. VANITY FEATURE (#2) ran a freakishly good race at Turfway coming back from a long layoff but has been idle for another seven months since that start.
th Race: PRAIA (#8) is a graded stakes placed runner from the barn of trainer Ken McPeek. She broke her maiden over the Keeneland lawn and looks like a solid bet to win this one with Alan Garcia up. ENCHANTING LISA (#9) has been idle since August but is training sharply and looks like the one to beat. NEAT PACKAGE (#5) fits in here.
th Race: BOOK CLUB (#7) didn't break sharply last out and was never in contention. She has been training very well since coming to Kentucky and trainer Wayne Catalano figures to have her ready to go today. TAPIT'S WORLD (#4) ran well in both of her starts on the Arlington Polytrack and moves to the barn of trainer Bret Calhoun. She has been training well at Churchill and is the one to beat. BELLINZINA (#10) could add value to the gimmicks.
th Race: ROCKING HALL (#3) has won two of three on the grass and may not have handled the yielding turf in her only loss. She looked very good winning last out at Arlington and rates the edge today. COZETTI (#6) won a graded stakes race on the turf last year but has not won a race since then. Trainer Dale Romans moves him back to the turf today and anything close to his best would make him hard to beat. EXOTHERMIC (#4) is a solid contender.
th Race – Hagyard Fayette (G2): LEA (#8) has never raced on the Polytrack but has an excellent turf record and has been training sharply over the Keeneland surface. He has the tactical speed to be in contention throughout and owns a win at today's distance of a mile and an eighth. He appears to be sitting on a big race and looks best with Brian Hernandez Jr. back aboard for trainer Al Stall Jr. WILCOX INN (#7) is a multiple stakes winner who has earned more than $1 million. He was third behind Silver Max and Wise Dan in the Shadwell Turf Mile (G1) and is proven over the Polytrack. He will be tough to beat. VILLANDRY (#1) could add value to the gimmicks.
th Race: ARTEMUS PAPERBOY (#2) drops in for a tag for Ramseys/Catalano and looks like a winner in the final race of the fall meet. YARDBIRD MISFITS (#12) also takes the class drop and is the one to beat. STRUCK GOLD (#9) is a first-timer from the always tough barn of Wesley Ward.
