Race 1:  TIME FOR MY ANGEL (7) should be tough to beat on the frontend in this field.  She could be the lone speed from a sharp 2yo barn.  ROSE’S ASSET (4) ran well in her first race to be tough if ready off the 2 1/2 month layoff.  MADISON OLIVIA (3) ran decent with an awkward start in the slop and should improve over a fast track.

    Picks 7-4-3

Race 2:  DIVINE STORM (6) is the one to beat with the ability to stalk the early pace from the outside in a short field.  Barn has them ready to fire this meet especially first off the claim (29%).  RILEY ROCKS (1) appears to be the quickest with early speed and he’s in top form since claimed back into Ingrid Mason’s barn.  K C CALL’S (2) needs to improve on the dirt to beat top two, but should be a square price underneath.

    Picks 6-1-2

Race 3:  RIPPIN RANGER (6) should like the longer distance for his second start over the track.  PARK RANGER (4) has a good work over the track to perform better against lesser maidens as he runs first time tag.  ALZANBAQ (1) appears to be good enough to hit the board at decent odds with a drop in class.

    Picks 6-4-1

Race 4:  HUNTER O’RILEY (3) outran his odds with a third place finish at 23-1 in a key race.  The 2yo ridgling should be tough late in the game.  DISSIDENT (5) needs a better trip, but has the experience edge.  CREATOR (7) ran well in his first start for Winstar Farms, which the TAPIT colt was purchased for $440k at the KEE sales.

    Picks 3-5-7

Race 5:  BRASS TACKS (7) split horses to finish third in a slightly tougher field and should like the added distance for third time out.  PRETTY PRICELESS (3) needs to get it done this time and could win in this spot at low odds.  THISONEISMINE (8) needs a clean trip for her second time over the track this meet.  Filly should be forwardly placed from the gate with blinkers on with a fast 3f drill this week.

    Picks  7-3-8

Race 6:  AMAZING CHARISMA (3) broke her maiden impressively at the distance in the mud and hopefully will improve with a fast track in a fairly soft allowance race.  SOUTHERN GIRL (6) tries two turns for the first time.  The stakewinning dam, PONCHE DE LUONA, was very talented mostly against allowance company plus she won at the distance.  SILVER LODE (5) ran second in a stakes although over synthetic footing, she has the experience edge and seem to improve on the dirt.

    Picks 3-6-5

Race 7:  STREET TOUGH (7) has proven himself over the grass with a win and a second.  He has a sharp work since his last start to be a major player in this spot.  FARZ (10) broke his maiden over a yielding turf course.  He draws a preferred outside post and may come flying late at short odds.  GENEROUS KITTEN (5) has several decent efforts on the grass to be tough from off the pace.

    Picks 7-10-5

Race 8:  DEFER HEAVEN (1) has two wins over this surface and should be tough with early speed on the inside first off the claim after a sharp performance earlier this meet.  BULL DOZER (9) appears to be running at the lowest level of his career after a third place effort against higher claiming company.  ABBAA (6) may prefer a shorter distance, but should be a major contender from the gate.

    Picks 1-9-6
