Race 1:  TRACKING THE CAT (6) ran a close second behind comeback winner WAR RIDE three starts back and exits a sharp effort to be knocking at the door with a drop in class.  DISCREETLY FIRM (3) should improve second start off the break and wears blinkers first time.  MAJESTIC HEIR (1) flashed early speed and also adds the hood while returning to a sprint.

    Picks 6-3-1

Race 2:  SHERINI (6) should like the turn back in distance as he returns to the dirt.  BIRD SENSE (1) has some early speed on the inside, but this is a new distance for the 4yo filly.  SEA VIEW VALLEY (3) has been training well and expects to improve second time two turns.

    Picks 6-1-3

Race 3:  NO FAULT OF MINE (5) should like the class relief today after several decent performances against stakes company including a close second in the G2 Arlington Matron.  MIZZ MONEY (1) could be the lone speed for a solid trip while he competes off a brief freshening.  ANNULMENT (7) should enjoy the return to the KEE’s turf with two wins over this course.

    Picks 5-1-7

Race 4:  TWILIGHT OWL (9) likely to improve at second asking with a top rider in the irons.  ROSSINI SUNRISE (2) exits a key race, which all three top finishers came back to win at KEE and she steps down in class.  QUE HANSEN (6) was the beaten favorite in hopes for a leap forward today.

    Picks 9-2-6

Race 5:  COMO SE LLAMA (1) has a win over the surface with dangerous early speed.  ALL THE WAY (2) ran second after an early lead going 7 furlongs and now gets a turn back in distance to be the one to beat.  HOTBUTTEREDSOUL (5) won his last three of four starts to be a contender in this spot.

    Picks 1-2-5

Race 6:  SHAREHOLDER VALUE (3) ran well first time going a mile on the turf and has a sharp drill to be the main danger in this race.  HOLLY FIELD (7) needs to show more with two efforts as the beaten favorite, but tough to leave out of the mix from the Chris Block stable.  SEVEN FORTY SEVEN (10) runs first time gelding with sharp works and may like the longer distance.

    Picks 3-7-10

Race 7:  FANCY MAN (1) is reunited with jockey Murrill in hopes of a better trip off a brief freshening, which he has won from the outermost post in the past.  REVOLVER (9) runs first off the claim off a long break with a substantial drop in class to watch the odds board.  DREAMING OF JOY (2) gets the benefit of the rail with early speed and just won his last start.

    Picks 1-9-2

Race 8:  NICKEL (6) has shown early speed in her past three starts to handle the shortening in distance.  MISSEVENTHIRTEEN (7) has run well in dirt sprints to be a factor if ready off summer break.  BUENA VIDA (9) may be the one to watch as she makes her first start from a high percentage barn.

    Picks 6-7-9

Race 9:  The Grade 3 Valley View Stakes

MY IMPRESSION (10) has faced the QEII winner, TIME AND MOTION, in previous starts and won the G3 Commonwealth Oaks in her latest to be a top contender from the outside today.  QUIDURA (9) won her first start in the U.S. and may improve today.  AZAELIA (11) exits a key race in the Group 1 Longines, which she finished fourth and should be tough if ready off the layoff as she makes her U.S. debut.

    Picks 10-9-11

Race 10:  EUPHORICALLY (5) returns off a long break with a good series of workouts to suggest she’s ready to run in the finale.  SENTENCE (1) moves to the rail to be more of a threat for her second time out (24%).  LITTLE DUME (3) has a bullet work to be primed and ready for her return to a dirt sprint.

    Picks 5-1-3
