#3 Tapanna stumbled at the start last out and was a well beaten favorite. Expect a much better effort this time out. #2 War Point looks much the best on paper. The Stidham charge has 2 wins in 3 starts this year but the drop to $10K off a $30k claim is a bit curious. Might be vulnerable. #6 Northern Empire looks like he could show up for part with Jimmy Graham up.

#1 Spellker just missed here April 10th and she looks to get the job done this time. #4 r. D’s Way also has a race under his belt and comes over with the Hancock barn. #7 Dangerous Dan turned in solid effort at Laurel April 16th and is also from the Ward barn.

#5 Donita’s Ruler is the horse for course here. An easy winner at this level here last fall and is undefeated at this distance. #1 Miss Cobblestone is on a 2 race win streak and makes her first off the claim. She is a consistent sort and fits well with these. #6 Maggie Sue looks good for part.

#4 Price too High is a first time 2-year-old starter for the Wesley Ward Barn. #5 Capt. Grider has sharp works over the Keeneland track. #7 Jersey Street is from the Tomlinson barn which gets 22% winners with their firsters.

#6 True Egyptian’s first try was in a tough spot and she had a rough trip. Lanerie stays in the irons and look for this filly to improve significantly in her 2nd try. #2 Hard Bound is another that was well beaten in her first start but has since worked well and deserves a look. #9 Soul Savior has a couple of races under her belt added with the drop in class should land a share.

#4 Pine Needles has only missed one check in 9 career starts and that was facing Grade 1 company. The lovely filly has been off since November but she comes over with the Clement barn who is sure to have her ready. #7 Kirzy’s Rocker draws Castellano to the saddle and she has the Beyer numbers to be competitive in this field. #3 Heath makes her first start off the winter break and is talented enough to win this just question if the fitness is there first back.

#2 Tiger Tank has a very sharp move over the turf course recently. Going to take him over the even money favorite as this is his home track and like that work. #6 No Hiding Place undefeated in his first 3 starts and ran a good race in the Commonwealth to be beaten only 3 ¾ lengths. Deservedly the early favorite. #4 Grande Basin is on a 3 race win streak and shouldn’t be overlooked.
