Race 1: Belief System (5). Big improvement in first start for Maker so should be just as good or better this time. Exacta boxes: 5-4, 5-6
Race 2: Grace Devil (10). Don't like the favorites so shopping for a price here. Comes off an improved Beyer at Presque Isle and those horses are doing quite well here this fall. Exacta boxes: 10-6, 10-1
Race 3: Nashindy (6). Ran big here in the spring and I like the turn back from a longer race. Exacta box: 6-5, 6-7, 6-4
Race 4: Holiday Broad (6). Maker wins at a high percentage in first start off the claim like this week and she has a win at Keeneland. Exacta box: 6-4, 6-7, 6-11
Race 5: Ambitoness (7). Desormeaux is trainer's go-to rider and this one has also won at Keeneland. Exacta box: 7-8, 7-9, 7-10
Race 6: Gator Zone (8). Second off a long layoff and that first start was at Kentucky Downs, which should have built this one's stamina. Exacta box: 8-10, 8-3, 8-2
Race 7: Party Now (8). When Shug McGaughey debuts one at 7 furlongs, it's usually well-meant and he's also won with a high percentage of his synthetic track starters. Exacta box: 8-9, 8-11 8-12
Race 8: One Golden Road (4). Had trouble in his start here on opening weekend and was narrowly beaten. Ran against the bias in previous start. Exacta boxes: 4-6, 4-8, 4-1,
Race 9: Eden Prairie (14). I'm taking a stand against the favorite in the grade 2 Lexus Raven Run because of first-time synthetic and looking for a price. Eden Prairie dropped in class and ran big on poly at this distance. She's kept good company and the outside draw should not be a big issue with this distance and her running style. Exacta boxes: 14-4, 14-8, 14-9, 14-10
Race 10: Forty Four North (5). Trainer is overdue for a win and this one ran well in the lone turf start. Exacta boxes: 5-6, 5-8, 5-12
Late Pick 4 (race 7): 8,9, 11,12 with 4 with 14,4,9,8,10 with 5,6,8
