Race 1:  LITTLE CHERIE (1) should be tough stalking the early pace with some class relief and competes for the leading trainer.  SPONTANEITY (3) SWIMMING PARTY (2) appears to be the speed of the speed and should improve second time at the distance.

    Picks 1-3-2

Race 2:  LADY ANN (1) just missed for the win by a neck last time out over the track and is the one to beat.  GINGER STONE (3) ran a distance second with an awkward start and wide trip to be considered a contender in this spot.  WILL GRACIE SHINE (4) has been very consistent runner on the Polytrack all winter and has a good work on the dirt.

    Picks 1-3-4

Race 3:  DEEP IN A DREAM (3) has a good series of works with a drop in class from a hot barn.  IRISH COLONEL (1A) has fast works since he was claimed last time and sharp at the distance.  A BAND APART (6) exits sharp effort and should be tough just off the pace.

    Picks 3-1A-6

Race 4:  BILLY’S KITTEN (1A) has two solid tries on the grass, which he exits very tough maiden race last time out that he just missed.  TOWN CLASSIC (4) should move forward with a race over the turf and change of tactics with a new rider in the irons.  DECISIVE TRIUMPH (3) may like the added distance to be a serious contender for his first start at KEE at 8-1 odds.

    Picks 1A-4-3

Race 5:  MANIACAL (4) ran second behind a talented 2yo now stakeswinner in his first career start and he’s training sharply to be dangerous for winning connections.  STAR QUALITY (2) showed speed on debut and a good series of drills with first time Lasix.  BIRD SONG (3) has promising works to be a threat in this spot at 8-1 odds.

    Picks 4-2-3

Race 6:  AMAZING BETS (6) exits a wide trip hoping to move forward with a new rider aboard and has a good record at the distance.  SCENT OF GOLD (3) should be the lone speed and others may never catch her, but it’s the longest distance of her career.  FLATTER ME ZANJA (1) has some class and gets the top rider in the saddle.

    Picks 6-3-1

Race 7:  GIMLET (7) got into some trouble in her latest and hopes for a clean trip as she returns to her preferred footing for top connections.  SCISSORS and TAPE (1) tries the grass first time, but has good form over synthetic footing and she has early speed in a race lacking speed.  HONOVI (6) is a well-bred 3yo that exits his sharpest performance on the turf.

    Picks 7-1-6

Race 8:  SPANK (2) won wire to wire to break her maiden and barn wins at 15% back to back races.  CLASSY GREY LASSY (3) was an impressive winner on debut and biggest threat to choice early from the gate.  STRIKE BACK FAST (1) returns off a brief freshening and has the experience edge.

    Picks 2-3-1

Race 9:  The Grade III Bewitch Stakes

BUTTON DOWN (6) appears the most consistent turf runner that always fires late and has a good record at the distance. OLORDA (8) is one of the most accomplished ladies in this field and should be considered a serious threat from the Chad Brown stable.  GENEROSIDADE (11) has two wins at the marathon distance and could prove it was all worth shipping in from the west coast with her regular rider.

    Picks 6-8-11

Race 10:  BOOGIEWOOGIEDANCIN (7) has early speed going long to be one of the key players in the final race of the meet. SHOPPINGWITHBILL (5) runs for a capable barn and gets in light with a bug rider.  C J’s LILLY (6) could be in the right spot on debut as she takes on a soft maiden claiming field with a top rider aboard.

    Picks 7-5-6
