    Race #6

    #4 Curricula - Fair odds 5/2
    #7 Mundy Road - Fair odds 3/1
#6 Gateway to Gold - Fair odds 3/1
    #5 Forecast - Fair odds 3/1

    Exacta: Box 4,5,6,7

Curricula was last seen here at Keeneland last October, leading from the start, battling head-and-head for the lead after that, then tiring just a bit late to end up 3nd of 8. The third horse came back to win after that and she went on the sidelines. She's been working well for her return, should be physically stronger as a 3 year old, and since this is a sprint (less than a mile) the layoff is no concern, so she gets top billing.

Mundy Road rallied from 9th of 11 to 2nd in her debut last month in Louisiana, a big effort at 22 to 1. She should appreciate this distance and jockey Geroux rides back after getting familiar with her, both positive factors.

Gateway to Gold debuted on turf in a sprint last December, at 38-1. Although 7th she was beaten just 5 lengths in a very fast race from which both the winner and 3rd finishers came back from to win. She's been in training for her comeback for a month and her most recent workout, on the Keeneland main track, was a good one so we may expect a competitive effort in a wide open race.

Forecast finished 2nd of 9 in her debut last month, to a 4 length winner. The horse she beat for 2nd by a neck came back to win so she's in line for improvement, possibly similar significant improvement, as well.
