FRIDAY / April 18
Race 1: (4) Scenario Analysis goes for a trainer who has a good record with new claims and I like the Gulfstream shipper angle, too. Exacta boxes 4-5, 4-3, 4-6
Race 2: (3) Everyday has run two good races this year already and not gets a jock upgrade here, plus has a pedigree to appreciate the stretchout. Exacta boxes: 3-4, 3-2, 3-7
Race 3: (5) Bisque ran a race in late December that would be good enough to win here and then caught a tough bunch last time. Amoss' horses are doing well also. Exacta boxes: 5-8, 5-4, 5-1
Race 4: (6) Jamraa has a good record here at Keeneland and is working like a bounce back is coming. Exacta boxes: 6-5, 6-7, 6-2
Race 5: (6) War Ready ran a lifetime best figure in the first try over this surface on opening weekend and that included encountering some trouble, so a clear path could equal victory. Exacta boxes 6-5, 6-3, 6-8
Race 6: (10) So Festive shows a sharp 47-flat workout on April 13 and that's eye-catching in a race in which I'm looking to play against the favorites. Exacta boxes 10-2, 10-4, 10-5
Race 7: (4) Rei makes the third start off a long layoff and that could signal a move forward in form. Also, the connections are hot at this meet. Exacta boxes 4-2, 4-8, 4-10
Race 8: (7) Star Pearl goes for trainer Motion, who excels off this type of layoff angle. Also, this one was well-bet in the US debut. Exacta boxes 7-9, 7-4, 7-2
Race 9: (10) Emollient looks unbeatable here, off her great love for the Keeneland main track. Also, it's worth noting that Mike Smith sees fit to fly in for the mount, so she should be ready. (11) Strathnaver is a price horse worth watching. Exacta boxes: 10-11, 10-9,. 10-7
Race 10: (3) Fighter Squadron shows a good work here earlier this month in preparation for her second start off a layoff. Exacta boxes: 3-1, 3-6, 3-9
