Race 1: Safe Word (10). A jock upgrade to Desormeaux signals a readiness to win and the trainer is doing well with limited starters at this meet. Exacta boxes 10-7, 10-11, 10-12
Race 2: Shun (5). Has run well on synthetics and obviously you have to take a second look at any Maker/Ramsey claim.b Exacta boxes 5-6, 5-1, 5-3
Race 3: Liberty Wing (6). Has a race over the track and should improve off that performance. Exacta boxes 6-7, 6-8, 6-3
Race 4: Temper Too (8). Getting first Lasix is a 29% angle for Motion trainees and this one should also improve by going second off the layoff. Exacta boxes 8-10, 8-12, 8-7
Race 5: Vanity Feature (2). Taking a shot here with this one because of the 90 Beyer in the maiden win and the fact that the trainer excels with layoff types. Exacta boxes 2-5, 2-6
Race 6: Enchanting Lisa (9). Faced two tough fields at Saratoga so this should be an easier spot and Rocco, who is riding well right now, picks up the mount. Exacta boxes 9-2, 9-8, 9-7, 9-5
Race 7: Tapit's World (4). Trainer does well with new acquistions and Mena is his go-to rider. Exacta boxes 4-1, 4-7, 4-10
Race 8: Cozzetti (6). May welcome a return to the turf, the surface for which he is bred to do best. Also, he's had four good works since his last race. Exacta boxes 6-12, 6-8, 6-4, 6-3
Race 9: Villandry (1). In the grade 2 Hagyard Fayette, Villandry looks intriguing for two reasons--couldn't get out when he was ready to run last time and the second-off-a-layoff angle is a high percentage move for Lopresti. Exacta boxes 1-4, 1-7, 1-8, 1-9
Race 10: Artemus Paperboy (2). Shows a sharp work and takes a drop in class. Exacta boxes 2-3, 2-6, 2-8
Late Pick 4 (race 7): 4,1,7,10 with 6,12,8,4,3 with 1,4,7,8,9 with 2
