    Sunday, April 19

Race 1:  (2) Eufaula drops in a class and catches a group of either unproven rivals or untested at this level, as is the case with the likely favorite, Kitten's Journey.  Exacta boxes 2-3, 2-1

Race 2:  (7) Hard Grace drops in class and makes the second start for the Maker-Ramsey team and that looks like a winning combo here.  Exacta boxes 7-6, 7-5

Race 3:  (3) Paden tracked a very fast pace in the first off the layoff and this one can improve significantly with that start over the track.  The jock is red-hot as well.  Exacta boxes 3-7, 3-8, 3-4

Race 4:  (10) Dark Brahms ran a race two back on February 26 that would win this so we'll excuse the most recent performance, especially given the two sharp local works.  Exacta boxes 10-4, 10-8, 10-7, 10-3

Race 5:  (8) Holiday Hostess had a tough trip last time and draws a top local turf rider in Lanerie.  Exacta boxes 8-11, 8-3, 8-6 (If the race comes off the turf, (10) Cara Marie is the top pick)

Race 6:  (9) Allidoisdreamofyou had a solid first effort, beating seven rivals that day, and improvement is expected here.  Exacta boxes 9-8, 9-5, 9-1

Race 7:  (4) Compass Rose won here last fall and is working well.  Exacta boxes 4-2, 4-3, 4-5

Race 8:  (9) Kharafa picks up Castellano in the saddle and is he runs back to those big figs of last fall, this one should be tough to beat.  Exacta boxes 9-8, 9-4, 9-2.  (if races comes off the turf, (7) Bourbonize bears watching at a big price)

Race 9:  (9) Grand Slam Larry is the tepid choice in a wide-open race, off the big improvement last time out.  Exacta boxes 9-12, 9-1, 9-5

    Late Pick 4:  1,8,9 with 2,4 with 2,4,8,9 with 5,9
