    FRIDAY / October 10

Race 1:  Bottle Rocket (4) drops a notch from a tough group at the maiden $30,000 level.  Exacta boxes:  4-7, 4-5, 4-2

Race 2:  Highroller Dave (5) is in top form and gets a favorable draw outside of the other speed horses.   Exacta boxes 5-4, 5-1

Race 3:  Percy's Ambition (7) drops out of a tougher race and Leparoux picks up the mount.  Exacta boxes:  7-10, 7-3, 7-2

Race 4:  Knoll (4) goes for a trainer who wins at a 29 percent when moving horses from maiden special to maiden claiming levels.  And the pedigree says Knoll should like two turns.  Exacta boxes:  4-5, 4-6

Race 5:  Kitten's Approach (9) is bred to relish 1 1/2 miles and trainer Jonathan Sheppard does great work with horses running these marathon distances.  Exacta boxes:  9-6, 9-2, 9-4

Race 6:  Conquest Bigluck E (7) shows a win on dirt and there's not much dirt form among the rivals.  Exacta boxes:  7-3, 7-6

Race 7:  Tattenham (7) had a bad break last time and could improve in the second start off a layoff.  If the races comes off the turf, Class Leader (14) is the pick.  Exacta boxes 7-9, 7-10, 7-3

Race 8:  Waging War (7) drops out of the tough maiden special ranks at Saratoga and those horses have done quite well at the meet thus far.  Don't overlook Obsidian Splendor (11), off an impressive debut effort.  Exacta boxes 7-2, 7-8, 7-11

Race 9:  in the Buffalo Trace Franklin County, Quality Lass (9) is the pick.  She looks to be in lifetime best form and she's shown can be competitive with these horses.  Exacta boxes 9-2, 9-12, 9-13

Race 10:  Miraculousmo (10) made a significant move forward last time and may run as well or better coming right back.  Exacta boxes 10-12, 10-1, 10-2

    Late Pick 4 (starts in race 7):  7,3,9,10 with 7,11 with 9,2,12,13 with 10,1
