Kim Nelson has grown up with horses in Kentucky. She began her career with Thoroughbreds at North Ridge Farm in Lexington, KY where she worked with foaling mares and yearlings. She moved on from there to work for Carl Nafzger as an assistant trainer and exercise rider. After the birth of her daughter she changed careers to handicapping for the Daily Racing Form. Once the Daily Racing Form closed its handicapping department in Lexington, Kim was very fortunate to land a position with Marylou Whitney Stables. She is now the assistant racing and breeding manager for Mrs. Whitney.
#8 Psalm Singer has only started once but like her chances here. The Tiz Wonderful filly should like the track and the company. #2 Scealeile gets Rosario in the irons and the jock can do no wrong at the moment. The filly also backs up from 2 turns last out and should be sharp here. #7 Pistolera is also dropping out of MSW company and is making her 3rd career start. Her experience should help her out in this one.

#6 Strike the Tiger is a very consistent sort with strong connections. He is 8-5 on the morning line and deservingly so. #9 Fleurdefortyfour is making 2nd off the layoff and is finding a softer spot here. #7 St. Armands turned in a solid effort here with starter company last week. He could land a share.
#6 Strike the Tiger
#9 Miss Clark County drops significantly in class and comes over fresh. Barn strong off the layoff. #5 Miss Sweet Afleet has won at this distance. First start for new barn and draws Rosario to the irons. #7 Bye Bye Bunting has early speed and with Gomez in the irons, she could steal.

#9 Miss Clark County, #5 Miss Sweet Afleet, #7 Bye Bye Bunting
#10 Timeless Indy was the beaten favorite in his last. He was close to lead in that 1 3/8 contest and tired. Has had plenty of time to freshen off that one and should relish this distance. #4 Mills posted an impressive 82 Beyer speed figure in his debut effort. He should be O.K. at this distance and expect him to be competitive. #11 His Race to Win had a bit of a troubled trip last time and should improve here.
$10 to win and place
#10 Timeless Indy
#7 River Lemon has strong connections and consistent form. The Lemon Drop Kid gelding is a regular ride for Rosario and expect to see them in the winner’s circle here. #4 Grandstand ran over the turf here earlier in the meet and finished a respectable 3rd. Looks good for part. #2 Myhorseofcourse has the Beyer numbers in his last 3 starts to suggest he can be competitive with these.

#12 Film Shot hasn’t run since last November but the Mott barn is quite successful off the layoff. Her previous form is solid and like her for the win. #4 Godard has been keeping good company at Gulfstream and just missed in her last. Making only her 3rd start this year and should be ready to go. #9 Which Market has solid Beyer numbers over the turf and draws Rosario to the saddle.
