Kim Nelson has grown up with horses in Kentucky. She began her career with Thoroughbreds at North Ridge Farm in Lexington, KY where she worked with foaling mares and yearlings. She moved on from there to work for Carl Nafzger as an assistant trainer and exercise rider. After the birth of her daughter she changed careers to handicapping for the Daily Racing Form. Once the Daily Racing Form closed its handicapping department in Lexington, Kim was very fortunate to land a position with Marylou Whitney Stables. She is now the assistant racing and breeding manager for Mrs. Whitney.

Ultimate Class is making her first start since the claim by Micheal Tomlison, note the barn wins at 14% first off the claim, and she looks in a good spot here. She has won in the past going a mile so the 7 furlongs should suit her. Rattlin Gypsy turned in a nice effort 2 back at Turfway winning for OC $40K and she draws top jock Napravinik to the irons. Megnog has a win over the Keeneland course and expect her to be on the board.

Upgrade has really strong Beyer numbers and he is a GSW at 7 furlongs on the grass. Leparoux up, he looks like the one to beat. Scatman likes this course and is a winner at the distance. He has been facing some tough company and can forgive his last. Expect a better effort here. Night Party has the early speed to get out in front and could hold on for part.

Parnelli turned a good effort last time and should be ready to roll in his 3rd start this year. Tormenta Fiera had a good shot to win in his last out before he ducked out in the stretch. He hasn't run since October but barn is very good off the layoff. Tatical Moment should only improve off his debut effort.

Speedinthruthecity is a GSP filly and is making her 2nd start off the layoff. She faced a tough bunch last out and should appreciate the softer spot her. Chortle has some early speed that may make her tough to catch if she likes the track. Seeking Luck turned in good effort in her first start in the U.S. and should only get better. Over the Counter improved significantly over the synthetic in her last start.

Valediction is lightly raced colt that looks to be finding his best stride.15-1 morning line, like him for the longshot of the day. Bull Dozer is a consistent sort but will need a good break out of the 1 hole.Yes I'm Awesome faded badly in has last against some tough company. If he returns to earlier form he could be tough. Paso Doble has the highest earnings in the field but has been on the bench awhile. Works are solid coming in and wouldn't leave out.

This is a tough race. Evenly matched bunch of 3 year old boys. Jack Milton lacks experience but may overcome with class. Making only his 3rd start but first 2 impressive enough that Pletcher saw fit to put him in here. Up With the Birds is on a 3 win streak and making his 2nd start off the layoff. He should be extremely sharp for this one. Bambazonki finished a good 2nd in last out and should improve off that one.
