st Race: SAVVY N SPEIGHTFUL (#4) broke her maiden over this track last year and rates the edge in a fairly weak claiming race. LADY MICKELSON (#1) comes off a front-running win at Mountaineer and fits at this level. IN TALL COTTON (#5) will be running at the end.
nd Race: FT DEPOSIT (#3) has been idle since December but has run well on the synthetic surface and posted a bullet work over the Keeneland Polytrack on March 30. He rates the edge in a well-matched race. TARPY’S GOAL (#5) has been running well at Gulfstream and appears to be in a good spot to get the win if he takes to the Polytrack. VISIONARY RULER (#6) has won 3 of 6 and posted a recent bullet work at Churchill but is also untested on Polytrack.
rd Race: MOON BACK MORE (#8) has been idle since October but drops in class for his return. He ran well in his only start over the Keeneland Polytrack and rates the edge with Joel Rosario picking up the mount for trainer Ken McPeek. BLOCKADE RUNNER (#1) and RUMBLEFORTHEROSES (#1A)  form a tough Mike Maker entry and both are capable of good efforts.
th Race: FANTASTIC VOW (#3) ran poorly on the dirt at Tampa but broke his maiden here in October. He has been training steadily for his return and could spring the slight upset. SIGNATURE SEVEN (#5) moves up in class after back-to-back wins at Oaklawn. He finished fourth behind the top pick in that October race and has to be respected. DEMANDER (#4) looked good breaking his maiden at Gulfstream and if he takes to the Polytrack he will be very hard to beat.
th Race: PEMAQUID PASS (#1) is the lone 4-year-old old in the field. She is lightly raced and could be tough to beat with apprentice Dylan Davis up. JANNES PAUL (#5) comes off a couple of even efforts on the Gulfstream turf and is the one to beat. SHY SOCIETY (#3) has the speed to be dangerous.
th Race: NAPLES GOLD (#8) flattened out after making a solid middle move in a marathon turf race at Gulfstream.  She cuts back to a mile and an eighth today and hot-riding Julien Leparoux picks up the mount. FRIVILOUS (#6) had a solid 3-year-old campaign and makes her 4-year-old debut this afternoon. She figures to be tough to beat. ASSURED (#5) has been off since July but trainer Bill Mott is good with returning runners.
th Race: MISTER MARTI GRAS (#8) is a multiple stakes winner of over $1 million. He is seven years old but posted a solid Keeneland work and Neil Pessin and Shaun Bridgmohan teamed up to win two races Thursday. UTLEY (#7) beat the top pick on the Keeneland turf last year and will be tough again today. WINNING CAUSE (#1) is a versatile runner from the Todd Pletcher barn who is always dangerous.
th Race – Beaumont (G2) Presented by Keeneland Select: RICHIES PARTY GIRL (#6) was very impressive beating colts in the first race of the day on Breeders’ Cup Saturday. Victor Espinoza is in for the mount and trainer Wes Ward figures to have her ready to go. SPRING AGAIN (#1) is also trained by Ward. She hasn't shown much recently but is the only runner in here with a win on the Keeneland Polytrack and can run well at a big price. CONSPIRED (#5) doesn't look like she belongs on paper but that was a very impressive maiden win on Spiral (G3) day at Turfway.
th Race: FILIMBI (#3) was never worse than third in seven races in Europe last year. She moves to the barn of Bill Mott for her 4-year-old debut and has been training sharply for her return. Give her a slight edge in a stakes-caliber allowance race. SOMALI LEMONADE (#2) has been hooking tough company in all of her races and her class makes her the one to beat. NORTHERN PASSION (#12) has been off since July but trainer Mark Casse’s horses have been running very well.
