st Race: KATY LIED (#2) is a veteran runner who won at this same level at Churchill in May. She probably needed her last start after a 2½-month layoff and looks best in the opener. NOT A WALLFLOWER (#1) prefers the grass but looks dangerous with Julien Leparoux up. GREEK BIRD (#4) drops in class and fits with these.
nd Race: MARIANO INTHENINTH (#7) drops a notch in class after a fourth-place finish as the favorite. He appears to be in a good spot to get his maiden win for trainer Joe Sharp and jockey Rosie Napravnik. SHOE JO (#5) exits the same race as the top pick and gets blinkers today. UNTIETHEKNOT (#3) rates a chance.
rd Race: CZAR (#1) has finished third against in all three of his races while hooking some very tough fields. Trainer Ben Colebrook figures to have him ready to win this afternoon. MAGIC OF BELIEVING (#6) had trouble in his only race but has been working well since that start and can run well at decent odds. ANOTHER LEMON DROP (#9) is a contender.
th Race: HIDDEN DANGER (#5) was no match for an impressive winner last out but held on well to finish second in that one. He should move forward off that effort and looks best with Julien Leparoux back aboard for trainer Wayne Catalano. BRIGAND MOON (#1) debuts for trainer Steve Asmussen off a series of solid works and has to be respected. SPRING QUALITY(#4) is another first-timer in the capable hands of trainer Graham Motion.
th Race: DANCING HOUSE (#5) had a solid 2-year-old campaign and just missed in her first race back after a nine-month layoff. She looks like a solid bet to win this one at short odds. PRETTY SYRIE (#4) figures second best. SERENE MELODY (#7) could add value to the gimmicks.
th Race: VIOLET ROAD (#8) had a rough trip last out but closed very well to finish fourth. She has been running on the turf but shouldn't mind the move back to the dirt and rates the edge with Florent Geroux picking up the mount. REQUESTADA (#7) comes off a couple of solid efforts and is the one to beat. SAKEENA (#3) has been off for over a year but has been training steadily and could run well.
th Race: COSTENIA (#6) moves up in class after winning back-to-back races for trainer Todd Pletcher. She is good right now and can continue the streak with Rosie Napravnik picking up the mount. INDIA'S SONG (#3) was an easy maiden winner at Churchill in September and will be tough to beat. PHOTO CALL (#2) is a contender.
th Race: SILVER UNION (#5) looked very good winning her last race at Churchill. She figures to get a good trip from just off the pace and is capable of the repeat score with Rosie Napravnik picking up the mount for trainer Mike Maker. HENNY JENNEY (#1) comes off a runner-up effort in the Grade 3 Dogwood. She is the definite class in here and will be hard to beat. AVICII (#2) moves up in class after a win over the track.
th Race: ARIPEKA (#6) has been in the money in five of her six starts and comes off a game win at Kentucky Downs. Give her the slight edge in a very well-matched allowance race. MR. CHOW (#2) comes off back-to-back wins but should be a decent price and has to be considered. COZZETTI (#10) is a solid threat.
th Race: ANGEL LOVELY (#1) is a first-timer from the barn of trainer Chris Richard, who does well with his debuting runners. She seems to have caught a weak field for her debut and can win with Corey Lanerie up. ARTEMUS STORM (#11) stopped badly last out but shortens up and is a contender. SHEEZFLIPPNSEXY (#8) rates a chance.
