First Aid
Should you have a sudden illness or injury while you are a guest at Keeneland, please seek help at Keeneland's first-aid station. The station is located next to the ticket office, near the Paddock and just outside elevator A.
If you need immediate assistance, please find a Keeneland security officer or guest services employee (anyone wearing an official Keeneland green blazer).
The first-aid station is staffed with a full-time nurse and physician. If the emergency is serious, the patron will be transported to a local hospital via ambulance.
