Overlooking the paddock, the Phoenix Room offers non-smoking, buffet dining in a business casual setting.
Reservation requests for groups of 24 or more are available on the Keeneland website beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET on January 2 for the spring and July 1 for the fall; individual reservations are available online beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET on February 2 for the spring and August 3 for the fall.
Tickets: $45 per person ($50 on Saturdays) and includes general admission, room admission, buffet, taxes and program.* Minimum of 4, multiples of two.
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservations up to 72 hours before the reservation date for a 50 percent refund. Cancellations are not available for individual seats, and are only accepted in sets of two in which they were purchased.
Arrival Time: Guests must arrive by 1:15 p.m. on the day of their reservation or their table will be resold and tickets will be invalid. Room opens at 11 a.m. Buffet is available 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Dress Code: Business casual; no denim or athletic attire.
Seating: Minimum of four, increments of two. Tables will be grouped together for large parties.
Menu: Lunch buffet features Keeneland's famous corned beef, roast sirloin, chicken entree, vegetables du jour, potato du jour, salad bar, dessert, iced tea and coffee. Alcoholic beverages, juices and soft drinks are not included.
