Timeline, American Anthem Lead Keeneland September Sale Sweep of Peter Pan, Lazaro Barrera Stakes

LEXINGTON, KY (May 15, 2017) – Graduates of Keeneland’s 2015 September Yearling Sale dominated Saturday’s Peter Pan (G3) at Belmont and Lazaro Barrera (G3) at Santa Anita, finishing 1-2-3 in both stakes. Timeline remained undefeated with his authoritative win in the Peter Pan, establishing himself as a rising star in the 3-year-old colt ranks. At Santa Anita, American Anthem posted a solid win in the Lazaro Barrera to give sire Bodemeister yet another graded stakes winner from his first crop. Bodemeister also sired recent Kentucky Derby (G1) winner and Keeneland September Sale graduate Always Dreaming.
