LEXINGTON, KY (Jan. 23, 2017) – Continuing a long tradition of support for the National Handicapping Championship and the Breeders’ Cup Betting Challenge, Keeneland will present two major handicapping tournaments during the 2017 Spring Meet.
On Saturday, April 22, Keeneland presents the Keeneland $400 Spring Challenge, a new live bankroll tournament. The event is a $400 buy-in with a live bankroll of $250 and $150 prize fund fee. Players will be able to wager any amount on any race at Keeneland with no minimum wagers or minimum number of races. This tournament may be played from anywhere at the track; all tickets and admissions must be handled separately by the player. Click here for a complete set of rules. Entries are available online on Feb. 20.
On Sunday, April 23, the prestigious Grade One Gamble returns to Keeneland with a $3,000 buy-in and as many as seven spots in the Breeders’ Cup Betting Challenge and National Handicapping Championship up for grabs. The Grade One Gamble again will be held in the Lexington/Kentucky Room with the best seats in the house.
