Keeneland’s recently completed 2008 fall meeting, the first since the track implemented its revolutionary handicapping tool Polycapping, showed a decided improvement amongst the horseplaying public. With 49 of 158 winning favorites for the meeting on all surfaces, the public honed in on the winning horse at a 31-percent clip overall for the meeting. |
