2022 Spring Meet | Keeneland

Keeneland's 2022 Spring Race Meet opens Friday, April 8, and continues through Friday, April 29. No racing will be held on Mondays or Tuesdays, or Easter Sunday, April 17.

The 2022 Spring Meet takes place April 8-29, with no racing on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Easter Sunday. First post is 1:00 p.m. daily, with the exception of Saturday, April 9 and Friday, April 29 with a first post of 12:30 p.m.

Highlights of the Spring Meet include the $1 million Toyota Blue Grass (G1) on opening Saturday, and $600,000 Central Bank Ashland (G1) on opening Friday. The races are worth a total of 170 points each on the Road to the Kentucky Derby (G1) and Road to the Kentucky Oaks (G1), respectively.
