Happy Saturday at Keeneland!!

1st Race

3-9-1

#3 Diver finds himself in the right race here today to pick up his first victory. He comes into this race off of the best races we’ve seen from him in his career and his main threat just may be the first time starter #9 Heatontap who has had a fast workout recently over at Churchill Downs.

2nd Race

3-2-8

#3 Pure Panic takes a big drop down in class and also is three for three in the money here at Keeneland racecourse including a win during his career. It's an aggressive drop that should pay off for this horse here in race number two.

3rd Race

7-11-9

#7 Grove City Sunset hasn't run over five months but at the same time shouldn't matter coming into Keeneland as most horses are not left short on fitness showing up here to these Keeneland meets. Also ran a really big race the last time we saw this horse back in the fall here at Keeneland racecourse and nearly got there at 25 to one. Gets a Lasix for the first time at the age of three so a lot of upside and gets the Hall of Fame by Johnny Velazquez in the saddle.

4th Race

8-3-2

#3 Goldbrick exit a very tough race down at the fairgrounds, which is turned out to be alive race even this week here at Keeneland. Also drops down in class and cuts back in distance, which should be a huge plus for this horse but more so than anything that drop-down in class will move this horse forward here today.

5th Race

10-11-9

#10 States’ Rights has run against some very stiff competition in his recent races, including finishing second to a horse that will be running in the Kentucky Derby. Doesn't hurt that. He has a Nguyen here at Keeneland on this turf course should be tough here today.

6th Race

5-4-3

#5 Harrodsburg is a battle tested horse who also has a Nguyen here at Keeneland going back to the spring of last year. He was just beaten by a horse named Banishing who has won two steaks races at Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs this year. I think he's a stand out amongst this group of talented runners.

7th Race

12-7-1

#12 Modus Bestia has run twice in his career and hands-down. His best race came when he sprinted versus his route race. He sprints here today and coming in from Southern California. Looks ready to roll for trainer Richard Baltas.

8th Race

2-8-11

#2 Always Forever has yet to run a bad race and she improved immensely, even off of two solid races to start her career at the age of two. I can't imagine this will be a situation where she doesn't run well against the competition that she faces here today in race number eight to start the late pick four.

9th Race

3-6-7

#3 Bullard is trained by Michael McCarthy who has a good group of sophomore runners this year in 2025. Including the presumptive Kentucky Derby favorite, Journalism. This is a three-year-old who started off his career with two victories and last time out hooked a horse that was at the time the hot horse in the Kentucky Derby division and he finish third to him back in January. First time going to terms for him and that should be a big plus given his running style in his sprint where he comes from way off the pace.

10th Race

7-6-3

#7 Kehoe Beach has been freakishly good in her races throughout her career and she just absolutely runs her competition off their feet. This is clearly a big step up in class, but I do think that this grade one event goes through her and they have to come catch her if they can.

11th Race

8-7-2

#8 Sherbini broker maiden in an maiden auction restricted race on debut last summer at Churchill Downs. Ever since then she's run against steaks company so this is a massive drop down in class for this three year-old runner who will be a short Price favorite and deservedly so considering she ran well against the steaks competition she's seen in her last four shorts between Saratoga, Keeneland and Churchill Downs.
