College Ambassador Application

Overview

The Keeneland College Ambassador Program provides Kentucky college students with a unique opportunity to become an extension of the Keeneland Team. Ambassadors are trained to represent the Keeneland brand on their college campus and within their individual networks. The program offers behind-the-scenes opportunities for students interested in Marketing/Promotions or simply have a love for the equine industry and Keeneland. Previous Keeneland College Ambassadors have received internship and employment opportunities at Keeneland as well as gained experience used to develop future careers within the industry and beyond.

As an Ambassador, students promote Keeneland’s College Scholarship Day program.  Since College Scholarship Day was initiated in 2002, Keeneland and KTA have awarded more than $330,000 in scholarships to students. The tradition continues this Fall, with $30,000 in scholarships as well as thousands of dollars in prizes to be given away on Friday, October 12. We encourage students to apply to be a Keeneland College Ambassador for the 2018-2019 and be part of this treasured tradition.
