Keeneland September Sale Graduate Moon Colony Earns Seller Bonus with Penn Mile Victory

June 3, 2019

Moon Colony, a graduate of Keeneland’s 2017 September Yearling Sale, secured a $7,500 September Sale Seller Bonus for his win in Saturday’s Penn Mile (G2) at Penn National.

Keeneland will pay the bonus to St. Elias Stable, the colt’s owner at the time of sale.

The Keeneland September Sale Seller Bonus Program, initiated by Keeneland in 2017, offers cash rewards to sellers (owners at the time of sale) of horses sold at the September Sale that win Grade/Group 1, 2 or 3 stakes as a 2- or 3-year-old. Sellers receive cash rewards based on the following criteria: $10,000 Seller Bonus for your first Grade/Group 1 stakes win; $7,500 for your first Grade/Group 2 win; and $5,000 for your first Grade/Group 3 victory.
