100 Keeneland Sales Graduates Competing in Graded Stakes over Breeders’ Cup Weekend

LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 31, 2014) – Keeneland, the world’s premier Thoroughbred sales company, is represented by 100 sales graduates entered in graded stakes over this Breeders’ Cup World Championship weekend.

Keeneland will host Breeders’ Cup in 2015

LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 29, 2014) – Thanks to its prominent sales and importance of its recently concluded Fall Meet, Keeneland will have a significant presence in the $26 million Breeders’ Cup World Championships on Oct. 31-Nov. 1 at Santa Anita. Horses entered in the event include 64 graduates of Keeneland sales and 35 horses that raced or trained here in the fall.

Keeneland September Sale Graduates Pick of the Litter, Dame Dorothy Earn Graded Stakes Wins

LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 27, 2014) – Crossed Sabres Farm’s Pick of the Litter and Bobby Flay’s Dame Dorothy, both graduates of Keeneland’s September Yearling Sale, captured graded stakes wins this weekend. Pick of the Litter won Keeneland’s closing-day Hagyard Fayette (G2) by a neck in a thrilling finish, while Dame Dorothy took the Turnback the Alarm (G3) on Sunday at Belmont.




Keeneland Sales Graduates Compete Coast-to-Coast In Weekend Graded Stakes

LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 24, 2014) – Keeneland sales alumni are prominent in weekend graded entries, highlighted by 2014 Governor’s Cup winner Code West in the Hagyard Fayette (G2) at Keeneland, multiple Grade 3 stakes winner Sage Valley in the Bold Ruler (G3) at Belmont and 2014 Senorita (G3) winner Sheza Smoke Show in the Autumn Miss (G3) at Santa Anita, all on Saturday. On Sunday, 2014 Summer Colony Stakes winner Endless Chatter goes postward in the Turnback the Alarm (G3) at Belmont.


Keeneland Sales Alumni Taris, Native Bombshell Impressive in Graded Stakes Wins

LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 21, 2014) – Keeneland September Yearling Sale graduate Taris demolished a field of 10 rivals in winning Saturday’s Lexus Raven Run (G2) at Keeneland by a widening nine lengths. On Sunday, Keeneland sales alum Native Bombshell returned from a year layoff to win the Ontario Fashion (G3) at Woodbine.




Keeneland Sales Graduates in Spotlight for Lexus Raven Run

LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 17, 2014) – Keeneland sales alumni top Saturday’s Lexus Raven Run (G2) at Keeneland, which features Thank You Marylou, 6½-length winner of the Dogwood (G3), Monmouth Oaks (G3) winner Cassatt and the undefeated Pirate’s Trove.

Keeneland Sales Graduates Carpe Diem, Daredevil Earn Breeders’ Cup Berths with Grade 1 Wins

LEXINGTON, KY (Oct. 6, 2014) – Carpe Diem and Daredevil, both graduates of Keeneland’s 2013 September Yearling Sale, received automatic berths in the Sentient Jet Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1) on Nov. 1 at Santa Anita following their impressive performances in the Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity (G1) at Keeneland and Champagne (G1) at Belmont, respectively, on Saturday.

Dam of Australian Group 1 Winner Trust In A Gust Sold at Keeneland

LEXINGTON, KY (Sept. 29, 2014) – Australian-bred Trust In A Gust, winner of the Bendigo Bank East Malvern Sir Rupert Clarke Charity Cup (G1) at Caulfield on Sept. 28, is a 4-year-old son of the Storm Cat mare Subtle Breeze, who was sold at Keeneland.
