Details: Spuns Son stumbled at the start and unseated rider Joe Rocco, Jr. Both horse and jockey are uninjured.

Horse Name: Shantisara (IRE)

Race: 10 (turf)

Age: 4

Trainer: Chad Brown

Details: Shantisara exhibited some degree of unsoundness associated with the right front forelimb as she was jogged back to exit the turf course after completion of the 10th race. Out of an abundance of caution she was returned to her barn for evaluation where mild discomfort was noted upon flexion of the right front fetlock. Preliminary results from digital radiographic evaluation are inconclusive. She appears stable at the barn under the care of Dr. Brad Bentz and will be monitored overnight for any changes. Reevaluation is planned for Sunday morning.
