- Nominations due
- Property line changes
- Final withdrawal for horses not to appear in catalog
- NTRA contribution lists
- Breeders' Cup, EBF, and state-bred nominations due into their respective offices in order to appear in the sales catalog
October 13
- X-rays to Repository: Must be taken within 15 days of sale date.
- X-rays, endoscopic videos and veterinary certificates must be on file in the Repository at least four days prior to sale date.
October 23
- Original Coggins certificates
- EVA results dated within 90 days of horses' sale date. Recommended blood pull October 2026
- EHV-1 vaccine information
- The Jockey Club Registration certificates due
- Consignor's Authorized Agent forms
- All broodmares or broodmare prospects must have a veterinary certificate on file stating "pregnant" or "suitable for mating." Veterinary certificates must be dated within 10 days of selling date.
