1^st race –  (1) Jump Into the Fire (C) dropped from 1-2 to 3-10 and posted a fifth straight win. Hard to go against him now. (6) Absolute Love was third behind the top pick but should be the main threat today. (2) Carry On won easily in a claimer and could be a threat here. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-6.

3rd race – (3) Run Curtis Run showed speed in a stakes and hung on for third last time. May not look back today. (2) Candy Landing turned in a nice effort when fourth behind the top pick and may be the key rival today. (1) B D Valeski rallied for second ahead of the top pick at 30-1 last time. Can’t be ignored here. (5) Nobals should be a factor while moving over to turf. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-3-5.

6th race – (5) Polyglot (D) was highly regarded and was bet down from 8-5 to 6-5 for his debut but never fired. Gets a second chance here. (10) Tepeu should be a threat in the final furlong. (1) Mount Rundle was second in his debut and should be a main contender. (2) Blue Devil just missed on synthetics and merits a long look. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-5-10.

8th race – (5) Life Is Hard showed little last time but can bounce back with a better effort today. (2) Rising Empire can return to his winning ways in this spot. (3) Risk Taking will welcome a return to dirt. (12) Injunction is in great form but drew a bad post. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-5-12.

10th race – (5) Misbehaved fizzled on turf but should perk up on dirt. (4) Bourbon Heist has been second in 6 of 9 starts and is likely to complete the exacta again. (12) Elite Power rallied late for third and looms a stretch threat once again. (6) Grand Aspen seems primed for a good effort in his debut. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-5-6-12
