2^nd race [Clm 40000 N2L, 7F] – (3) Silo Ridge was second by a nose at this level in his second start following a layoff. (6) Enduring Spirit was a maiden special weight and then tried much tougher competition in three stakes and now drops into a N2L for the first time. (5) Ari’s Magic returns from a layoff as a new gelding and goes into a claimer for the first time. (1) Go Irish was third in his debut last year at Gulfstream in a maiden special weight and then won for the first time against New Jersey-breds.

4^th race [Alw 50000s, 1 1/8 mi] – (6) Mad Banker won his last two starts on the front-end moving from a N2L to a N3L claimer at Laurel after getting claimed by Jamie Ness. (3) Timaeus was claimed from a victory by five-lengths in a $25,000 N2L. (5) Neon Bordeaux was claimed from his last two starts including a $40,000 maiden claimer which happened a month ago. (4) Berning Beauty was second and third in a pair of similar starter allowances.

5^th race [Clm 10000, 1 mi] – (4) Coquito won a N3L $25,000 claimer in January at Aqueduct. (5) Trade Secret takes blinkers off and drops down to this lowest-level race for a tag after having raced a week ago. (6) Find Your Joy won a $16,000 claimer two races back and then stumbled at the start and lost all chance after rushing up to the lead. (7) Everlys Girl was a winner for $10,000 three races ago.

8^th race [Clm 16000 N2L, 6F] – (6) Despo’s Dream broke her maiden for $20,000, was claimed for $40,000 next time, and since then made three starts against tougher company. (2) Santagata won a NY-bred maiden special weight, gets blinkers on, goes to the lowest level of her career. (8) Shaman Princess was second in a pair of similar races in February and March. (4) Danneel was a maiden winner for $30,000 two weeks ago.

Best bets: Silo Ridge (2^nd); Coquito (5^th). Best value: Mad Banker (4^th); Despo’s Dream (8^th).
