1st race [Md 35000, 6 ½ F] – (5) Marajoline (A) went wide all race and rallied for third in a blanket finish in her return to the dirt. (1) Asking will drop down and cut back in distance for Bill Mott. (6) Doppio Espresso gets the services of leading rider Flavien Prat as she switches to dirt after three turf tries. (7) Lucky Lucky Me will make her debut with a fast workout showing.

2nd race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 1 mi] – (1) Morgana’s Moment (B) showed early speed in her November debut at 4-1 but kept bearing out while racing greenly. Blinkers on now. (3) Lady Delilah moved from turf to dirt, set the pace, and finished second clear of the rest. (7) Bodegas finds an easier field than in her prior starts in maiden special weights. (2) On a Summer Day moves from turf to dirt after getting the lead and missing by a neck going long on the grass.

3rd race [OC 50k/N1X, 1 1/8 mi] – (5) Noted (B) lunged at the break, got six lengths behind, prefers to set the pace, and got claimed for $40,000. (1) Whittington Park was third in the Empire Classic for NY-breds in October and the winner of a second-level allowance in September. (6) Double Your Money won his last two races in starter allowances at Aqueduct and Churchill Downs. (7) Dreamlike hit the board in a pair of first-level allowances at the Big A.

6th race [NY, Md 30000, 6 ½ F] – (1) Makealittlelove (B) had a slow start in her first race on the dirt, went four wide, and finished second well clear of the others. (3) Island Charm set the pace and finished third for a $50,000 tag against open company. (6) Baseball Lady pressed the pace in a few starts for a bigger claiming price and cuts back from running the one-turn mile. (4) Sassy Sats moves from turf to dirt and drops in for a tag for the first time and has shown some early speed.

Best bets: Marajoline (1st); Makealittlelove (6th). Best value:  Morgana’s Moment (2nd); Noted (3rd).
