1st race [NY, Md 30000, 7F] – (3) Practical Miss (C) was bet down from 5-1 to 3-1, got the lead, then lost a head bob. (1) Dream On Cara will make her second start after a layoff with 13 days rest. Last time she was third and gets a rider upgrade. (2) Teresa was eased in her last start yet comes back now in seven days. Two races back she was a close third. (4) Army of Thoughts climbed badly on a sloppy track following a second-place finish beaten by just a neck.

4th race [Clm 25000, 1 mi] – (3) Keystone Field (D) took late money last time dropping from 6-1 to 7-2, finished fourth, and takes another move down in class. (4) Digital was claimed for $40,000 at Turfway Park by Linda Rice and comes back at a level looking for the win. (5) Daddy Knows will drop into the claiming ranks for the first time since February when he was a winner. (2) Majestic Frontier won 2 out of his last 3 starts at Finger Lakes including an almost five length score that earned a big speed figure.

5th race [Md 40000, 1 mi] – (4) You’re Forever (B) finished second in her debut well ahead of the rest of the field and was claimed. (5) Next On Stage returned from a three month layoff, dropped into a claimer for the first time, set the pace, and finished second far ahead of the others. (6) Wake Up Lauren will drop in for a tag for the first time in her third start. (1) By the Glass gets blinkers on in her fourth start for Rick Dutrow.

9th race [NY, Alw 72000 N1X, 6F] – (6) Sandy’s Garden (D) raced on the far outside pressing the pace and got the lead and faded after getting bet down from 11-1 to 5-1. (5) Ghostbustin raced twice and was second by a neck and then a winner by 2 ½ lengths just 15 days ago. (4) George’s Vice has two front-end wins since a seven month layoff for Linda Rice. (1) Mim returns to state-bred competition three starts after breaking his maiden.

Best bets: Practical Miss (1st); You’re Forever (5th). Best value: Keystone Field (4th); Sandy’s Garden (9th).
