1st race [Md 20000, 1 mi] – (7) Reign It In (C) was bet down from 8-1 to 5-1 and finished second on a drop down to maiden 25,000. (6) Big Brooklyn has four top three finishes in a row in maiden $40,000 races strictly for NY-breds and the blinkers go on. (4) Charlie Hustle was racing close to the second-choice last time out. (2) Geostoblame will make a big drop down out of maiden special weights for the first time.

3rd race [Clm 10000, 6F] – (2) Divine Leader makes his third start following a layoff and last time was third for $16,000 with the waiver. (1) Prince of Truth came back in 10 days to press the pace, get the lead, and just miss by a head which was a huge improvement and comes back now in two weeks. (4) Emerald Forest has 13 career wins and was second last time as his form is on an upswing. (5) My Man Matty comes back from a November layoff with a win for $17,500 showing in the fall.

5th race [Md 20000, 6F] – (10) Will of a Womanne pressed the pace, had the lead, finished third behind a horse that won again, and got claimed by Linda Rice. (4) Sassy Sats was second in January in a large field of 11 in a similar spot. (3) My Devine One hit the board in her last three starts in NY-bred only claimers. (5) Golden Miracle had a second-place finish in November that would make her competitive.

6th race [Alw 50000s, 1 mi] – (5) House United (C) was bet down from 3-1 to 8-5 and used a late run to finish second behind a horse that also won his next start. (1) Carvellian Quest was a winner for $20,000 followed by a second in a starter allowance. (6) Oil Capital was a winner of a $75,000 maiden claimer with a front-end effort following a short layoff. (8) Rock the Weekend has been an allowance horse competing against NY-breds.

Best bets: Divine Leader (3rd); Will of a Womanne (5th). Best Value: Reign It In (1st); House United (6th).
