2nd race [Clm 35000B, 1 mi] – (7) Chileno has been running allowances since winning for the second time at Saratoga and gets a welcome drop in class. (3) Certified Loverboy gets the blinkers off after they were tried unsuccessfully last month and also exits allowance races. (1) O P Firecracker will drop into a restricted claimer for the first time. (5) Ice Time won the N2L condition two races back.
4th race [NY, Md 30000, 6F] – (7) Concorde Spirit ran poorly on the turf last time and now tries a maiden claimer with three top four finishes in maiden special weights. (8) Drive Thru was fifth in his debut at 10-1 behind a horse that came back to win his next start. (2) Tomschickenfingers tried the grass last time in what was his second career race and gets blinkers on. (4) This Time Yes came back from a 10 month layoff while trying a claimer for the first time against open company and the blinkers go back on.
6th race [Clm 25000B, 7F] – (7) Heard On Thestreet (C) got bet down from 8-1 to 6-1, rallied late to finish third, and got claimed for $16,000. He ran well against better competition. (4) Midnight Worker (B) came back after a three-month layoff, got stuck in traffic at the eighth pole, and finished third. (5) Two for Charging was second by a half length after a short layoff in a similar spot after climbing and should be able to get clear from the kickback with a post towards the outside. (8) Parkerness set the pace and finished second in a starter allowance at Parx Racing about two weeks ago.
9th race [NY, Md 40000, 1 mi] – (2) Bookitwithhaddad (D) was bet down from 15-1 to 10-1 and rallied seven wide to finish fourth. (7) Daytona Moonshine was 4-1 in his first start in September for Chad Brown, gets blinkers on, and drops in for a tag. (6) Resistance Futile moved from turf to dirt, ran first time in a claimer, pressed the pace, and finished fourth. (10) Romeo Void was 3-1 in his first start and then tried the grass in a maiden special weight.
