1st race [Alw 50000s, 1 mi] – (1) Big Air (D) was bet down from 17-1 to 11-1 and finished fourth two weeks ago. (2) Sailaway (D) was claimed for $50,000 after taking late money from 6-1 to 4-1 in October. (5) Atarah was claimed for $50,000 by Linda Rice in September after a win at Churchill Downs. (4) Blame the Banker set the pace in a first-level allowance at Monmouth Park in September on the main track and moves back to the dirt after two turf tries.

3rd race [NY, Md 30000, 6F] – (7) Nittardi (A) set the pace, moved from the inside to the middle of the track, and finished third. (2) Sabby Sunset was second in her last two races which were against open company. (6) Alyvia Mavis moved back to race against NY-breds and finished second with a much-improved speed figure. (3) Dia Por Dia will debut for Linda Rice who has excellent numbers with firsters in for a tag.

8th race [NY, Alw 81000 N1X, 1 mi] – (7) Lika Rolling Stone has been racing against open company and hit the board in her last three starts. (8) Capital Gal has a second and a third at this level recently and gets a rider change to Flavien Prat who is a 33% winner at the Aqueduct winter meeting. (5) Dream On Cara was declared a non-starter last time and will try to race against state-breds again. Before that she won a pair of $17,500 claimers. (3) Grace and Grit made a big improvement to run second in her first start for Linda Rice.

9th race [NY, Md 50000, 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (6) Romeo Void (B) rallied from far back to finish second in a blanket finish after a six-month layoff and now drops down. (2) Nonno Joe came back from a year layoff to run fourth beaten by just one length when he dropped into a claimer. (8) Before the Wind will try a maiden claimer for the first time after being competitive in his starts against special weights. (5) Blame It On K J was third just a neck shy of the win last month at this level.

Best bets: Nittardi (3rd); Lika Rolling Stone (8th). Best value: Big Air (1st); Romeo Void (9th).
