3rd race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 6F] – (1) Cloudy Chance (A) raced eight-wide in her debut and finished third. (6) Munnings Express ran third in her debut for Linda Rice behind the only two experienced horses in the field. (7) Dear Moon broke well in her second start for Linda Rice and finished second best. (5) Happy’s Smile came back from a year layoff when she was second in what was her best performance.

4th race [OC 50k/N1X, 6 ½ F] – (2) Artemis Sound won his last two starts drawing off to open length margins after sitting right behind the pace moving from a $25,000 claimer to a starter allowance. (4) Will Be Famous was claimed from her last two races from a win for $32,000 and a close second for $45,000. (6) Dolomite finished in the top three in all eight of her races and won the second-level NY-bred allowance by six-lengths last month which puts her into this race for open company. (1) Sarir and (1A) Save Us Melania make a Linda Rice entry where both are serious contenders.

5th race [NY, Md 50000, 6F TURF] – (3) Professor Grace (B) got steadied at the break back to last but then did no running due to the heavy kickback. (5) Artistic Success made two turf starts in maiden claimers last year debuting at Saratoga and then improving to get second at Aqueduct before the winter break from turf racing. (6) St. Addie was entered for the turf in April and finished third when the race was moved to the main track at Aqueduct. (7) Julita was also third on the dirt after she was entered to make her grass debut last month.

6th race [Md Sp Wt, 1 mi] – (8) Hop Sing was second in his last two starts in races that were fast. (2) Duration was right behind the top choice in her last two races for Chad Brown. (1) Makes Sense debuted at Gulfstream for Todd Pletcher in March and rallied for second in large field. (5) Summit Ridge returns from a February layoff after hitting the board in his only two starts which were at Aqueduct.

Best bets: Cloudy Chance (1st); Hop Sing (6th). Best Value:  Artemis Sound (4th); Professor Grace (5th).
