2nd race [Clm 40000, 6 ½ F] – (5) Uncle Jim (A) got off to an awkward start, was far back early, and just missed the win by a head after a wide rally. (4) Timaeus will make her third start in three weeks with a recent starter allowance score. (6) Trust Issues won an allowance at Parx three weeks ago and drops in for a tag for the first time since December. (3) Shoot the Nickel won an Aqueduct starter allowance in February.
8th race [Beaugay (G3), 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (1) Dynamic Pricing won this race last year and since ran in four Grade 1 races and won a listed stakes at Saratoga. (6) Laurelin comes back from a winter break where she won her first five races and then was second in the QEII (G1) and the Jockey Club Oaks (G3). (2) City Girl came back from an almost two-year layoff two run twice at Tampa with an allowance win in March. (5) Mo Fox Givin has also been off for the winter and was last seen in a pair of graded stakes at Woodbine.
9th race [OC 55k/N1X, 1 1/8 mi TURF] – (2) Getting Serious comes back from a December layoff when she was third in a Gulfstream allowance. (9) Protective Custody was fourth and third in a pair of allowances. (7) Soul Dance made her American debut in March at Tampa for Graham Motion after racing in Great Britain. (8) Salt Princess actually is credited with two maiden wins after she was awarded first place money after her October victory.
10th race [Vagrancy (G3), 6 ½ F] – (5) Grammy Girl returned from the winter off to win the Distaff (G3) and was first or second in her last five races. (4) With the Angels won her first five races and had 7 victories from 9 starts including two at Aqueduct this year most recently in the Correction. (6) Praying won two graded stakes last year and will get a very fast pace to run into. (3) Kappa Kappa won the Raven Run (G2) at Keeneland in October.
