1^st race [Md Sp Wt, 6 ½ F] – (4) Art Museum (B) was second in his debut behind a Todd Pletcher horse that was an open-length winner who went on to win the Breeders’ Futurity (G1). (7) Hullabaloo Ray Ray was second is his only start on closing day at Saratoga. (6) Value Driven will make his first start for Chad Brown as a $500,000 son of Into Mischief. (5) Louisiana Baby is the catch phrase of jockey Kendrick Carmouche who appropriately will be riding.

4^th race [Clm 20000B, 1 1/16 mi] – (7) Sara’s Shaman (C) had a wide trip from the Wilson Chute at Saratoga where the inside is preferred, finished third, and got claimed after getting bet down from 9-1 to 6-1. (2) Shattuck drops down after facing tougher claimers and won his N2L condition for $30,000. (1) Ice Shot has been racing in starter allowances since winning a $40,000 maiden claimer. (5) American Grant was second at this level two races back at Saratoga.

9^th race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 7F] – (6) Okay Annie (A) broke well, got shuffled back by a tiring horse, and rallied to miss by a neck. (3) Promise Me Amelody was the favorite in both starts including his debut second-place finish in August. (4) Into the Unknown gets back to the main track where he had four top three finishes in a row in the spring and summer. (7) Liberty’s Advance had a pair of thirds at Saratoga.

11^th race [NY, Md 50000, 1 mi TURF] – (4) Surfside Dan (B) was rank under a tight hold, got to the lead, but weakened to sixth. (1) Gilbane hit the board in both races this year which were at this level. (9) Bourboncentric was second and third in his last two starts in similar spots. (7) Fresh Start had a rough trip early in his first start of the year and blinkers go on.

Best bets: Art Museum (1^st); Sara’s Shaman (4^th). Best value: Okay Annie (9^th); Surfside Dan (11^th).
