2^nd race [NY, Bertram Bongard, 6 ½ F TURF] – (1) Road Show won his second start at Saratoga after running second with a closing move as the 4-5 favorite. (7) Soldier’s Glory comes back after 12 days when he rallied from 10^th to win by a head. (2) Scalene was also a first-time winner at Saratoga with an off the pace move in a field of eight. (3) Calling Mr. Mo dueled for the lead, battled down the stretch, and was in front briefly before finishing second.  

3^rd race [NY, Joseph Gimma, 6 ½ F TURF] – (1) Extravaganzoo broke her maiden in her second try and then was third in the Bolton Landing against open company in August. (2) Gold Fashioned won her debut by more than two lengths at 6-1 after pressing the pace. (3) Tiger Line got a front-end victory at first asking at 7-2 during the final days of the Saratoga meeting. (7) Boomsherang was a first-out winner at Presque Isle Downs in July and moved to the New York barn of George Weaver.

4^th race [Md 40000, 6F TURF] – (9) Dry Drastic (A) was second in her first start which was in August behind an open-length winner from Chad Brown and drops in for a tag. (10) Risky Mission (B) was second in her debut for Linda Rice, got claimed for $35,000, should move forward with experience gained, and blinkers go on. (7) Cream Puff was on the lead last time against NY-breds and got beaten at the wire. (12) B My Lady pressed the pace and finished a dead-heat second as part of a blanket finish just a nose behind the winner.

7^th race [Md Sp Wt, 6F] – (1) Relative Risk (B) broke slowly in his second start, rushed up to the lead, and finished second well clear of the rest of the field. (10) Originality closed into fast fractions in his debut to finish second for Todd Pletcher at Saratoga last month. (7) Royal Enclosure was second the whole way in August at 7-1 in his first start. (12) Blueberryhillkeke made one start in November in Florida, returns as a new gelding with first-time Lasix, and changes trainers.

Best bets: Extravaganzoo (3^rd); Dry Drastic (4^th). Best value: Road Show (2^nd); Relative Risk (7^th).
