3rd race [Victory Ride (G3), 6 ½ F] – (4) Indy Bay won her last three races in a row moving from a maiden win to an allowance to the Jersey Girl at Saratoga with improved speed figures each time. (1) Beauty Reigns was a close third behind the top pick after an allowance victory at Churchill Downs. (3) Echo Sound won the Miss Preakness (G3) in May after a six month layoff and ships up to New York from Keeneland. (2) Hollygrove finished in the top three in four stakes races in her last four starts including a third in the Miss Preakness.

4th race [Md 20000, 6 ½ F] – (7) Ragtime Sizzle was claimed for $40,000 at Keeneland by Linda Rice in April when she was second and then moved up to run third in a maiden special weight. (2) Chocolatechocolate had the lead and missed by a neck at this level after a stretch duel and Irad Ortiz Jr. gets on board. (3) Stirred Up hit the board in her last four starts with a second just two weeks ago. (8) Unwoke will drop into a maiden claimer after three maiden special weight starts getting bet to around 4-1 each time.

8th race [Wild Applause, 1 mi TURF] – (6) Play With Fire changes to the barn of Chad Brown after a victory in the Hilltop at Pimlico on Preakness weekend and shows three workouts at Belmont Park. (2) Love and Poetry was second in a turf stakes at Fair Grounds in March and rallied from last in May to get third in a Churchill allowance. (7) Lavender Disaster won an Aqueduct allowance in her 2025 debut going a turf mile. (5) Classic Q won an allowance for Mark Casse at Churchill in April amidst a few stakes races.

11th race [Md Sp Wt, 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (5) Key Actress (B) pressed the pace, had to steady mid-race, and was beaten by a head for the place spot. (9) Opera de Ravel (A) comes back a year after her debut for Chad Brown where she finished a clear second at 3-1 against a strong field. (8) Cliffs was third in her first start which was at Churchill in May behind a horse that came back to win again. The $430,000 2-year-old purchase is by a son of the great turf sire War Front. (2) Bint Al Dandy made one start in America in September at Kentucky Downs and finished fifth at 4-1.

Best bets: Indy Bay (3rd); Play With Fire (8th). Best value: Ragtime Sizzle (4th); Key Actress (11th).
