1st race – (1) Banned for Life moves into a straight claimer and looks best from the rail. (7) Tejon Pass has not raced since December but is capable of a good effort at this level. (6) You Ain’t Poppn is in good form and deserves attention. (4) Star’s Image moves up off a claim and put in a fast work over the track. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-6-7. Doubles: 1-4-6-7 with 1-4-5.

2nd race – (1) Delightful Claire has been racing in graded stakes and gets some class relief here. (4) Chatter was second the last three times and seems destined to complete the exacta again. (5) Shared Vision has not raced since September but is dangerous on her best try. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-5.

7th race – (1) Honfleur was second in her last two starts and is overdue for a win. (13) Private Property merits a close look if she scratches in. (10) Bourbiana is an interesting firster from Walden. (4) Cape Sounion will welcome a return to turf. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-10-13.

9th race – (8) Lagynos comes off two straight graded stakes win and can make it a hat trick here. (4) Quatrocento looks like the one to catch but should have company on the front end. (2) Minaret Station has not raced since June but has plenty of ability. (9) West Hollywood is on the improve and could be a contender. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-8-9.

11th race - (5) Cy Fair was a little keen in her first start since a Breeders’ Cup win and finished third. Should work out a winning trip here. (8) Slay the Day beat Cy Fair last time with a five-pound weight edge. The weights are even here. (3) Final Accord deserves some attention in this field. (1) Snappy Comeback could be helped by a rail trip. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-5-8
